JSC CFTI “Analytic” carries out the manufacturing and starting of the most widespread mass-analyzers:
-TOF mass-spectrometers (mass-reflectron type)
-magnetic mass-spectrometers
-quadrupole mass-spectrometers

The specified devices are the development of JSC “CFTI “Analytic”. In gas analytical system “Granat” the TOF mass-spectrometer (mass-reflectron type) or quadrupole mass-spectrometer are used as the analytical module.

JSC “CFTI “Analytic” also carries out the sale of mass-spectrometers as single units.

Mass-spectrometry is the most universal method of definition both quantitative and thermodynamic or structural characteristics of various chemical compounds. The considered method is based on the division of preliminary ionized particles that differ in attitude Mi/e (Mi – ion mass, e – ion charge) in space or in time. The division is held in vacuum due to the influence of static or changing in time electric, magnetic or combined fields on particles. The vacuum in the mass analyzer unit is supported by means of high vacuum pump – either magneto-disruptive or turbo-molecular. Gas sample fills in the mass-analyzer unit through the special device (leak).

The given method possesses a number of essential advantages:
- the small quantity of the demanded sample
- quick carrying out of the analysis
- high sensitivity and accuracy of measurement
