Purpose of gas analyzers
Gas analyzers are made with use of electrochemical gauges of domestic and import manufacture and intended to measurement of volumetric concentration of O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S in departing gases of fuel-burning installations, and also O2, CO in the working zone. The Scope of gas analyzers are non-explosive zones and external installations.
Besides electrochemical gauges there is an opportunity to include in system gauges of any other type (according to the problem).
Gas analyzer "Analytic 001-1"
The gas analyzer "Analytic 001-1 " with function of a signalling device over 10-15 removed channels of measurement (up to 1500), configured by electrochemical gauges on the set connections, with an output of a relay part on executive modules, has found wide application in iron and steel industry, not only as the alarm device but also as a device, allowing to spend extensive monitoring controllable work places and all object as a whole.

Except for measurement of gas components the control of sample temperature and air temperatures in the place of sample selection are carried out additionally.
Distinctive feature of the given updating is presence of the built-in system of autoupdating factors on reference gas mixes that allows to spend measurements as long as possible and the error is minimal..

It is intended for the periodic control of departing gases structure of technological units over the purpose of an efficiency of burning of fuel estimation of and carrying out the ecological control over emissions. The basic difference is the portable execution that provides mobility of carrying out measurements of four-six gases: O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S.
«Analytic 002 » is equipped with a specialized probe and the small-sized block of the sample control and sample preparation, allowing to carry out additional measurements of following parameters: temperature of gas sample and air temperature, pressure/depression inside the gas flow. The Software allows to count factor of surplus of air and chemical fuel underburn, heat loss of departing gases, EFFICIENCY of thermal units. The information is provided digitally and graphically on the monitor.

Purpose "Analytic 001К "
Gas analytical system is intended for automatic continuous measurement of volumetric maintenance CO, CO2, CH4, SO2, NO, NO2, Н2S, O2, etc. in gas flues of industrial units to: control the technological mode, process of burning of fuel optimization, carrying out the ecological monitoring of industrial emissions.
System structure and principle of work
The basic components are: the analytical module; system sample selection and sample preparation; operating station. The analytical module includes the block of electrochemical cells and the optical block. A basic element of the optical block is the optical cell working by a principle of not dispersive infrared - absorbing analysis (NDIR). The work principle of the electrochemical block is based on measurement of the electric current developed by an electrochemical cell as a result of chemical reaction between molecules of the defined component. As sensitive elements import accessories are used.
Conditions of operation:
t - 5 - 40 °C (special offer - up to 50 °C); air Humidity - up to 90 %.
Basic advantages of application of the combined analytical module
Use of the optical block together with the block of electrochemical cells has essentially expanded functionalities of gas analytical systems " Analytic"as it allows:
- To measure continuously and simultaneously the concentration of all presented gas components;
- To expand ranges of measurements;
- To exclude situations of an output of a sensitive element out of operation at periodic significant excess of the set range of concentration of test.
Besides high selectivity of the optical block provides accuracy of measurement at presence of such collateral factors as water, dust, etc. Absence of direct contact of sample with elements of the measuring scheme allows to spend the analysis of components in damp and aggressive gases.
