10th anniversary of “PSF Analytic” Ltd.

In October 2015 the subsidiary of “RC Analytic” CC – PSF Analytic Ltd. is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Over the years the company has developed from a small “North-West” branch, created under the program for the development of parent companies´ representatives of large industrial centers, into independent enterprises, which have its own production facilities, warehouses, and own transport. “PSF Analytic” Ltd. staff takes part in the maintenance of gas analytical systems “Granat” for JSC “Severstal” (Cherepovets), OJSC “Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant” (Chelyabinsk) and JSC “CMP” (Tchusovoy) as well as startup and commissioning works at the facilities of JSC “ZSMK” (Novokuznetsk).

Decree “Approval of the criteria for classifying objects that have negative impact on the environment, to the objects I, II, III and IV categories” signed

September 28, 2015 Resolution № 1029 “Approval of the criteria for classifying objects that have a negative impact on the environment, to the objects I, II, III and IV categories” was signed by the Russian Federation Government.

This resolution complements the federal law from 21.07.2014 № 219-FZ “Amendments to the Federal Law” On Environmental Protection” and legislative acts of the Russian Federation, which came into force on 1 January 2015 (except for certain provisions).

September 29-30, 2015, Moscow hosted the 8^th International Conference Dust and Gas purification 2015, dedicated to gas purification, dust collection, ventilation, aspiration, waste and technological gas and air purification in various industrial processes at metallurgy, energy, cement, oil and gas, cellulose, chemical and other industries. Technical director of “RC Analytic” CC – Bezymyannikov Michail – was making a talk on “Integrated approach to solving the problems of gas analysis”

In June 2015, gas analytical system “Granat” was put into operation at blast furnace # 8 at OJSC “MMK”. The system is designed for the analysis of top gas, which is able to optimize blast furnace modes,as well as to monitor the thermal state of the oven.

Gas analytical system “Granat”, designed for the analysis of circulation gases, was put into operation at coke production plant of OJSC “Ural Steel”. The quadrupole mass spectrometer has a number of important advantages which are: easy maintenance, high reliability (electronic units are manufactured in the form of a single module), no secondary electron multiplier, as well as high stability calibrations. Quadrupole mass spectrometer is unified for the use of standardized capillary inlet valve that improves the stability and reliability of the system.

The next technical seminar “Issues of exploitation of gas analytical systems “Granat” and “Analytic 001” in metallurgic industry” will be held in September 2015 (exact dates to be determined after the formation of the group of students) in St. Petersburg in RC “Analytic” Ltd- office.
