Cement industry is the core sector industry of building materials.

Cement is rather difficult to be replaced nowadays, therefore it plays a crucial role in modern construction. The demand for the products of cement plants continues to grow steadily, and in the medium term, it will surpass the offer. It should be noted that the cement industry is cyclical in nature and depends on the place of construction in the country. Russia is now on the upward trend of the cycle industry and in the medium term will have high growth rates of production volumes.

At the same time, cement production is a complex process in which fuel-energy resources (FER) and raw materials are the most essential components in the cost structure of final products. The cost of electricity, gas and raw materials (clinker, limestone, clay, gypsum, granulated slag) is constantly growing for objective reasons from year to year and in aggregate reaches 45-50% of all costs.

The growth of costs for raw materials and energy resources occurs due to the high prices set by its´ providers. Therefore the companies (cement manufacturers) are nor able to influence these factors.

On the other hand, the reserve for the growth of competitiveness of the industry in the domestic and foreign markets can be seen as the improvement of technological processes, such as application of modern hardware design. This allows to identify the ways of rational use of existing equipment as well as to choose the most efficient ways of using raw materials, other materials, and fuel.

There are several methods of cement production such as dry, wet, semi-dry, and combined. Each method of cement production has its own technological features and is characterized by the presence of hot, corrosive and highly dust-laden gases. At the same time, the analysis of these gases allows to obtain valuable information not only for process control but also for process optimization in a continuous mode.

The use of gas analysis systems “Analytic 001” manufactured by our company optimizes technological process, saves fuel, increases productivity and the quality of the final product as well as to reduce costs for the maintenance.

The system of gas analysis “Analytic 001” is operating in the arduous conditions of the production of clinker and ensures not only a continuous analysis of highly dust and hot gases, but also allows the obtained data to optimize the technological process in real time.

Gas system “Analytic” consists of the following functional blocks:

– the system of selection and preparation of gas sample for analysis;
– analyzer;
– output unit of visual information and data to the remote process control.

To implement functional and accurate gas analysis in the extreme environment of cement production it is required the continuous gas sampling. Taking into account the aggressive environment in which the systems of sampling and sample preparation are to operate, our specialists together with technologists of several cement enterprises have chosen an optimum scheme of selection system and system of gas analysis, which provides not only absolute reliability of the results of continuous analysis, but also the continuous functioning of “Analytic 001” without special maintenance.

Measurement of the concentration of all gases, essential for the process of clinker production, allows to:
– control the firing process in the furnace by maintaining optimal levels of O2;
– optimize fuel consumption by controlling the level of O2. Since the process of each kilo of clinker excessively consumes 15 kcal (the error in the determination of the coefficient of excess oxygen by 1%), cement plant which produces 3,500 tons of cement per day is losing approximately 50,000 kcal. In other words, optimization of the combustion process is very important;
– reduce emissions of harmful substances by adjusting the levels of O2 and CO in the process;
– prevent an explosive situation by controlling the O2, CO and CH4. In particular, the system is used for the protection of electrostatic precipitators included in the standard equipment of cement production, shutdown (according to the data from “Analytic” system) which prevents the explosive situation by measuring the concentration of CO in flue gases either in the precipitators, or in immediate proximity to them;
– control the quality of clinker throughout the analysis of NO;
– increase the overhaul life of equipment and prevent emergency shutdowns of the furnace by controlling the O2, CO and SO2.
Thus, it can be stated that the application of the system “Analytic 001” allows to see the problematic points of the technological process, saving energy and raw materials, as well as to automate and optimize processes. The use of modern scientific equipment can also be an additional incentive to attract young workers who prefer working with the brand new equipment. On aggregate with a low payback period (less than one year) use of gas analysis systems “Analytic 001” gives the company additional opportunity to enhance the quality and competitiveness of its products and, thereby, to achieve a leading position in the industry.

Commissioning of GAS “Granat” at OJSC “Evraz NTMK”

Nowadays when not only individual companies, but also whole countries are struggling for markets, competitiveness issues are of particular importance. The main aspects that determine the competitive advantages of an enterprise depend on the following factors: institutional factors such as government, legal framework in which business is carried out, and inner factors of an enterprise which include strategy of company development that takes into account the availability of skilled and highly skilled workforce; dynamic development of related and associated industries (industrial production); development of new knowledge (including know-how) embodying it in new materials, machinery, products, and technology solutions implemented in the human factor, as company’s capital.

Core points of complex processes which analysis allows to identify include the course of the process as a whole; optimal mode of technologic units; correspondence between resource costs and given parameters of final product; volumes of emissions of harmful substances into the environment and into the working area. Such a complex analysis cannot be carried out without adequate modern equipment, analysis of the results in real-time mode and proper feedback.

At the same time, modern analytical equipment requires great personnel awareness of manufacturing processes on the one hand and, on the other hand it becomes an attractive tool for intellectual development of employees. Such employees are one of the main assets of any enterprise, although it often is undervalued as a whole.

Everything above can be applied to all kinds of enterprises regardless of their form of ownership.

In recent years, when economic and other sanctions were imposed on Russian economy, the country has announced a program of import substitution and started the program of development and implementation of its own domestic technological advances. However, the question is whether Russian leading companies are ready for this? The experience of our company shows that not all companies are ready for that. Only those who think about the development of their company, its industrial, technological and scientific potential, give other companies an example by using modern gas detection equipment, which develops, produces and implements Research Centre “Analytic”.

Coke production.
Coke production is characterized by complex chemical, physical and physical-chemical processes. The entire cycle of coking process can be divided into five stages depending on the heating temperature. Almost all of them are associated with the formation of gaseous products of combustion, which volumes at modern coke plants are considerably great. Consequently, the use of gas analysis results, its competent interpretation allows to: observe and improve technological processes, make decisions about the air quality in the working area, adequately assess and manage the negative impact of emissions into the environment.

Coke is the essential raw material of steel industry together with iron ore. Therefore, its constant supply and quality improve are extremely important. The greatest costs are associated with the acquisition of metallurgical coke. Consumption and quality of this material, in addition to the price factor (more than 20% of steel production costs), has a significant impact on the technical and economic indicators of the blast furnace process as well as metallurgical enterprise in general.

The use of gas analytical systems such as “Granat” and “Analytic” can reduce the costs of coke production by 2-8%. This in turn reduces the cost of production, allows to make best decisions, improve working conditions and reduce harmful emissions into the environment. Experience of the use of our gas analytical systems shows that the cost of the enterprise of its´ implementation recouped within 3-9 months.

Thus, as long as the greatest costs are associated with the acquisition of metallurgical coke, the consumption and quality of this material, in addition to the price factor (more than 20% of steel production costs), has a significant impact on the technical and economic indicators of the blast furnace process and the enterprise as a whole. Therefore, optimization of the coke production as well as the reduction of costs affects not only the economic performance of the production, but also metallurgical production related to it. Gas analytical equipment is playing the leading role in conducing the processes with minimum costs by:
– improving technical characteristics of the existing coke production plants in order to improve the material utilization rates, reducing waste and losses, etc;
– facilitating the introduction of advanced resource-saving technologies;
– allowing real-time monitoring of harmful emissions into the environment and working area.

All the given aspects represent the main source of the company’s profit growth and profitability increase. In addition, the enterprise reputation should also be taken into account as it attracts new specialists, for whom the cumulative assessment of the enterprise, rather than its individual success plays one of the main roles in modern conditions.

September 28, 2015 Resolution № 1029 “Approval of the criteria for classifying objects that have a negative impact on the environment, to the objects I, II, III and IV categories” was signed by the Russian Federation Government.

This resolution complements the federal law from 21.07.2014 № 219-FZ “Amendments to the Federal Law” On Environmental Protection” and legislative acts of the Russian Federation, which came into force on 1 January 2015 (except for certain provisions).

В доменном производстве ОАО «Северсталь» для анализа состава газовых потоков используются газоаналитические системы производства ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик», Санкт-Петербург — «Гранат» и «Аналитик 001 ». В частности, для химического состава дымовых газов воздухонагревателей доменных печей ДП1, ДП2 и ДП4 используется газоаналитический комплекс «Аналитик 001» производства ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик» Санкт-Петербург. На ДП4 комплекс «Аналитик 001» введен в промышленную эксплуатацию в 2005 году на воздухонагревателях 11, 12, 13 и 14, измеряет содержание СО и кислорода. Совместно с газоаналитической системой «Гранат» определяет теплотворную способность доменного газа.

На ДП1 на воздухонагревателях №№ 1 и 2 и на ДП2 на воздухонагревателях №№ 4, 5, 6 и 6бис комплекс «Аналитик 001» определяет СО, О2 и МО с 2010 года. Использование газоаналитического комплекса «Аналитик 001» позволяет оптимизировать расход доменного газа, контролировать вредные выбросы в атмосферу, обеспечить безопасные условия работы основного оборудования, снизить расходы электроэнергии на дымососах за счет снижения общего количества дыма, сократить химический недожег топлива и др.

Комплекс надежно работает в заявленных технических и метрологических данных. Имеется утвержденная методика поверки и калибровки оборудования. Режим работы постоянный. Выхода из строя газоаналитических комплексов не было.

Уважаемый Михаил Валeрьевич!

В соответствии с Договором поставки от 20 апрели 2012 г. фирмой ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик» была осуществлена поставка, шеф-монтаж и ввод в промышленную эксплуатацию своего газоанапитического оборудования на энергоблок N1 ТЭЦ ПГУ «ГСР ЭНСРГО» ОАО «ЭСК СОЮЗ» Санкт-Петербург. г. Колпино в августе того же года.

Работы выполнены в срок по утвержденному плану. Газоаналитический комплекс на базе газоанализатора «Аналитик 001» в комплектации согласно утвержденной спецификации соответствует Техническому заданию и техническим требованиям на поставку газоаналитического оборудования контроля выбросов ГСР-1-012-АТ-ТТ-HNА-001. Данные анализа используются в управлении оборудованием главного корпуса и вспомогательных установок в сети АСУ ТП с использованием средств современного программно-технического комплекса.

Газоаналитическое оборудование контроля выбросов непрерывно отслеживает значения количественных параметров содержания 02. СО, NO в дымовых газах. Информация передается в ПТК АСУ ТП ПГУ. Газоаналитическое оборудование атсестовапо Надзорными Организациями и, как средство измерения. внесено в Государственный реестр средств измерений и приборов.

В частности, для химического состава дымовых газов воздухонагревателей доменных печей ДП1, ДП2 и ДП4 используется газоаналитический комплекс «Аналитик 001» производства ЗАО « ЦФТИ Аналитик» Санкт-Петербург.

На ДП4 комплекс «Аналитик 001» введен в промышленную эксплуатацию в 2005 году на воздухонагревателях №№ 11, 12, 13 и 14, измеряет содержание СО и кислорода. Совместно с газоаналитической системой «Гранат» определяет теплотворную способность доменного газа.

На ДП1 на воздухонагревателях №№ 1 и 2 и на ДП2 на воздухонагревателях №№ 4, 5, 6 и 6 бис комплекс «Аналитик 001» определяет СО, О2 и NOX с 2010 года.

Использование газоаналитического комплекса «Аналитик 001» позволяет оптимизировать расход доменного газа, контролировать вредные выбросы в атмосферу, обеспечить безопасные условия работы основного оборудования, снизить расходы электроэнергии на дымососах за счет снижения общего количества дыма, сократить химический недожег топлива и др. Комплекс надежно работает в заявленных технических и метрологических данных. Имеется утвержденная методика поверки и калибровки оборудования. Режим работы постоянный.

Выхода из строя газоаналитических комплексов не было.

В соответствии с Договором поставки от 20 апреля 2012 г. фирмой ЗАО «ЦФТИ « Аналитик» была осуществлена поставка, шеф-монтаж и ввод в промышленную эксплуатацию своего газоаналитического оборудования на энергоблок №1 ТЭЦ ЛГУ «ГСР ЭНЕРГО» ОАО «ЭСК СОЮЗ» Санкт-Петербург, г. Колпино в августе того же года.

Работы выполнены в срок по утвержденному плану. Газоаналитический комплекс на базе газоанализатора «Аналитик 001» в комплектации согласно утвержденной спецификации соответствует Техническому заданию и техническим требованиям на поставку газоаналитического оборудования контроля выбросов ГСР- 1-01 2-АТ-ТТ-НNА-001. Данные анализа используются в управлении оборудованием главного корпуса и вспомогательных установок в сети АСУ ТП с использованием средств современного программно-технического комплекса.

Газоаналитическое оборудование контроля выбросов непрерывно отслеживает значения количественных параметров содержания О2, СО, N0x в дымовых газах. Информация передается в ПТК АСУ ТП ПГУ.

Газоаналитическое оборудование аттестовано Надзорными Организациями и, как средство измерения, внесено в Государственный реестр средств измерений и приборов.

Газоаналитический комплекс «Гранат» на базе масс-спектрометра, изготовленный ЗАО «Центр физико-технических исследований «Аналитик», г. Санкт-Петербург, установлен на доменной печи N 1 ПАО «Алчевский металлургический комбинат» и принят в промышленную эксплуатацию в 2007 году. Выбор производителя и модели оборудования был основан на достижении оптимального соотношения цены , качества и функциональности.

С помощью данного комплекса производится периодический анализ состава колошникового газа по следующим компонентам: Н2, СО, N2, 02, Аг, С02. Работа системы полностью автоматизирована. Также автоматизирован процесс периодической калибровки.

Специалисты ЗАО «ЦФТИ »Аналитик» в период монтажа и наладки оборудования комплекса «Гранат» качественно выполнили работы и постоянно оказывают методологическую помощь в освоении системы.

3а период эксплуатации газоаналитического комплекса «Гранат» с 26.02.2007 г. по 01.01.2014 г. вышли из строя датчик расхода газа и генератор прямоугольных импульсов, которые были заменены центром «Аналитик». Также дважды выходил из строя блок управления клапанами, работоспособность которого была восстановлена силами обслуживающего персонала при методической помощи специалистов «ЦФТИ». В результате сотрудничества с программистом центра был значительно улучшен алгоритм работы управляющей программы.

Задачи по контролю анализируемых газов в части технического задания выполняются в полном объеме. Газоаналитическая система «Гранат» зарекомендовала себя в эксплуатации по-ложительно, и является надежным инструментом оперативного контроля технологического процесса выплавки чугуна в доменной печи N1.

В 2005 г. в рамках инвестиционного мероприятия в цехе улавливания химических продуктов № 1 коксохимического производства ЧерМК ОАО «Северсталь» была установлена газоаналитическая система «Аналитик 001» производства ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик» г. Санкт-Петербург для контроля содержания кислорода в коксовом газе.

Узлы пробоотбора, пробоподготовки и анализа газа системы «Аналитик 001» размещаются в шкафах ф. Rittal (степень защиты IP55), которые установлены на открытых площадках непосредственно на трубопроводах коксового газа. В этих же шкафах размещаются баллоны с эталонной смесью, используемые для калибровки первичных датчиков (электрохимических ячеек). Шкафы оснащены системой термостабилизации. к каждому из шкафов подведен пар и осушенный азот.

Анализ газа выполняется непрерывно. Схема отбора и предварительной подготовки проб реализована в виде двух параллельных ветвей: одна ветвь находится в рабочем режиме, другая – в состоянии регенерации элементов очистки пробы. Переключение с одной ветви на другую осуществляется в автоматическом режиме и влияние на результаты газового анализа не оказывает.

Выделение водяного конденсата, нафталина и смол происходит как в отборном зонде, так и в последующей многоступенчатой системе фильтрации. Очистка отборного зонда и системы фильтрации осуществляется посредством пропарки и последующей просушки и охлаждения этих элементов азотом. Данные газового анализа от измерительных шкафов передаются на станцию визуализации, установленную на пульте управления ЦПХП.

За время промышленной эксплуатации сделаны следующие выводы:

Технические характеристики газоаналитических систем «Аналитик 001», заявленные производителем соответствуют действительности.
Система пробоотбора и пробоподготовки обеспечивает эффективную очистку анализируемого газа и представительность пробы.
Показания газоаналитических систем совпадают с данными химанализа, проводимого специалистами химической лаборатории.

Первая газоаналитическая система «Гранат» была закуплена в 2005г. и запущена в эксплуатацию на ДП №4. Вторая система была введена в эксплуатацию на ДП №1 в 2011г. Основное назначение систем – контроль состава общего колошникового газа. Устройства отбора газовых проб установлены в газоходе за пыльником. В связи с отсутствием в цехе магистрали азота высокого давления, отбор газовых проб осуществляется без очистки зондов и фильтров обратной продувки азотом.

На этапе сдачи как первой, так и второй системы в эксплуатацию имела место нестабильная работа оборудования. Для первой системы это было обусловлено неэффективностью работы узла осушки газовых проб системы пробоотбора и пробоподготовки, для второй – плохим качеством микроканальных пластин детектора ионов. После доработки узла осушки первой системы ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик» и замены микроканальных пластин в масс-спектрометре второй системы оборудование работает стабильно. При этом системы проходят ежегодную метрологическую поверку. Через 1 – 1,5 года, в период остановки доменных печей на ремонт III разряда, осуществляется замена фильтров отборных устройств.

В среднем количество времени затрачиваемого на обслуживание двух ГАС «Гранат», составляют не более 300 человеко-часов в год. Основное обучение персонала происходило в период проведения пуско-наладочных работ специалистами ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик».

Существенное значение имеет налаженная горячая линия (электронная почта, телефонная связь) с ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик», позволяющая оперативно получать консультацию по настройке аналитического оборудования.

В 2007 году на проводимых ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик» ежегодных семинарах по обучению и повышению квалификации обслуживающего персонала наш сотрудник прошел обучение.

В настоящее время решается вопрос о модернизации оборудования ГАС «Гранат» ДП №4.

В 2005 г. в рамках инвестиционного мероприятия в котельном отделении ТЭЦ-ПВС ЧерМК были установлены газоаналитические системы «Аналитик-001» производства ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик» г. Санкт-Петербург в количестве 2 (двух) штук для контроля отходящих газов котлов 1-7 и 8-10.Количество измеряемых точек на каждом котле 4 (четыре). Соответственно, одна ГАС (1-7 котел) проводит измерения по 28 (двадцати восьми) точкам, и вторая ГАС (8-10 котел) проводит измерения по 12 (двенадцати) точкам. Измеряемые компоненты: O2, CO, NOx, SO2.

За время промышленной эксплуатации сделаны следующие выводы::

В марте 2010 г. на доменной печи №1 ОАО «Косогорский металлургический завод» был установлен газоаналитический комплекс, изготовленный ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик». Этот газоаналитический комплекс включает в себя газоаналитическую масс-спектрометрическую систему «Гранат» и газоаналитическую систему «Аналитик», использующую в качестве первичных датчиков электрохимические ячейки. Если первая система осуществляет контроль высоких концентраций газовых компонент: H2, CO, CO2, CH4, то вторая система используется для контроля содержания O2 и для определения небольших концентраций CO, NO, NO2, SO2 в газовых пробах.

Один такой газоаналитический комплекс обеспечивает анализ состава всех газовых потоков доменной печи, включая: грязный общий колошниковый газ (H2, CO, CO2, CH4), дымовые газы воздухонагревателей (O2, CO, CO2, CH4, NO, NO2, SO2), смешанный газ (смесь доменного газа с природным газом), дутье (O2). Одновременно с контролем концентраций газовых компонент смешанного газа осуществляется расчет его калорийности.

Несмотря на сложность масс-спектрометрического оборудования, газоаналитический комплекс находится в эксплуатации уже в течение трех лет. При этом обслуживающий персонал специальной подготовки не проходил. По всем возникающим вопросам по настройке системы мы получали оперативную консультацию. Дважды вызывали специалистов ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик» для ремонта и настройки масс-спектрометрических модулей. Помощь оказывалась достаточно оперативно и выполнялась на качественном уровне.

В рамках технологического управления доменным процессом на ДП-9 в 2004 году был запущен в эксплуатацию газоаналитический комплекс «Гранат», производства ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик» Санкт-Петербург, для анализа газа по радиусу печи. В декабре 2012 года комплекс прошел глубокую модернизацию, позволившую существенно улучшить его технико-эксплуатационные характеристики.

Получаемые с помощью комплекса данные по составу доменных газов позволяют улучшить технологические характеристики доменной плавки, повысить безопасность процесса, увеличить срок службы основного оборудования. Знание точных непрерывных значений концентраций получаемых газов, в частности CO и CO2, позволяет определить эффективность хода доменной печи и снизить расход кокса до 10 кг на тонну выплавляемого чугуна.

За время эксплуатации комплекс показал высокую надежность и соответствие заявленным метрологическим параметрам. Техническое сопровождение и поддержку работы газоаналитического комплекса «Гранат» совместно со специалистами предприятия осуществляют сотрудники дочернего предприятия ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик», расположенного в г. Енакиево.

Уважаемый Алексей Владимирович!

В июле 2011 года для нужд филиала Группы «ИЛИМ» в г. Коряжме, был приобретен и в октябре 2011 успешно внедрен на промышленном объекте ЭнТЭС ТЭС-3 газоаналитический комплекс на базе газоанализатора «Аналитик-001» для анализа объемной концентрации отходящих газов производства ЗАО «ЦФТИ «АНАЛИТИК», г. Санкт-Петербург.

Комплекс был установлен для организации системы непрерывного контроля газовых выбросов после электрофильтров содорегенерационных котлоагрегатов СРК-1,2,3 ТЭС-3 ЭнТЭС.

Контроль отходящего газа осуществляется по следующим параметрам: CO, CO2, NO, SO2, H2S, O2. Все параметры отходящих газов заведены в систему АСУТП данных котлоагрегатов. По условиям поставки газоаналитическое оборудование размещено в термостатированном модуле на крыше производственного здания, на отметке 32 м для работы в условиях окружающего воздуха от – 40 ºC до + 40 ºC.

Оборудование работает в штатном режиме, нареканий не имеет. Оборудование имеет постоянную техническую поддержку со стороны фирмы изготовителя.

В конвертерном цехе металлургического комбината «Азовсталь» Группы Метинвест введен в эксплуатацию современный газоаналитический комплекс «Гранат» для контроля технологических параметров и мониторинга промышленных выбросов. Инвестиции в реализацию проекта составили порядка 700 тыс. долларов.

Новая газоаналитическая установка «Гранат» контролирует динамику и термодинамику процессов, проходящих в газоотводящих трактах обоих конвертеров. Современные масс-спектрометры в режиме реального времени анализируют содержание химических элементов в конвертерных газах. Информация поступает на сервер, где все данные обрабатываются и регистрируются. С помощью получаемой информации персонал конвертерного цеха полностью контролирует ход технологического процесса конвертерной плавки. Информация поступает на компьютер всего лишь через 15 секунд после измерения, что дает возможность оперативно вносить необходимые коррективы в ведение процесса продувки конвертерной плавки и добиваться требуемых технологических параметров. В числе преимуществ новой системы — экономия энергоресурсов, которые расходуются в процессе плавки — технологический кислород, расход металлошихты, чугуна, времени, затрачиваемого на последующие технологические операции. Полный контроль процесса плавки позволяет произвести металл требуемого высокого качества, что дает компании возможность снизить себестоимость производимой продукции, усилить клиентоориентированность и устойчивость позиций на мировом рынке.

Автоматизированная система контроля за работой агрегатов конвертерного отделения введена в действие с использованием современных технически средств и программного обеспечения и интегрирована в информационную сеть комбината. Персонал, работающий с системой контроля технологических параметров и мониторинга промышленных выбросов, прошел соответствующее обучение в центре физико-технических исследований «Аналитик», который является производителем промышленного оборудования для газового анализа.

Важной особенностью системы контроля является то, что помимо повышения эффективности работы оборудования, в работе конвертеров учтена и экологическая составляющая. Благодаря строгой системе контроля газоотводящих трактов снижена техногенная нагрузка на окружающую среду. (Читать продолжение…)

На Ваш запрос сообщаю, что четыре газоаналитические системы «Гранат» в настоящее время надежно работают в конвертерном цехе нашего производства.

На конвертере № 1 и конвертре № 2 системы работают с декабря 2009 года.

На конвертере № 3, а так же система автоматического переключения – с мая 2010 года.

Отбор газа осуществляется из верхней части котлов-охладителей конвертеров.

Пробоотборные зонды без водяного охлаждения работают полную кампанию конвертера.Планируется дополнительное расширение функций систем и анализ кислородного дутья.

Надеюсь на дальнейшее сотрудничество.

В период с 2004 года на ОАО «ММК» в кислородно-конвертерном цехе специалистами ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик» запущены в эксплуатацию пять газоаналитических систем «Гранат».

Газоаналитические системы «Гранат» установлены на конвертерах № 1,2 в 2009-2010 г.г. и Комплексной установке вакуумирования стали (КУВС) в 2004 г. Системы имеют высокую надежность, широкий спектр диагностики работы систем, устойчивую работу пробоотборных устройств.

Реализованные алгоритмы автонастройки и калибровки прибора, применение масс-спектрометров с турбомолекулярной откачкой позволяют получить хорошие метрологические характеристики при высокой точности и стабильности показаний.

На этапе наладки систем специалистами ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик» были полностью учтены пожелания заказчика по оптимизации режимов работы с учетом реальных условий эксплуатации приборов. Проведена доработка конструктивного исполнения отдельных узлов и программного обеспечения.

Срок службы катодов и микроканальных пластин масс-спектрометров по сравнению с аналогичными системами других фирм-производителей заметно выше, и составляет для катода около 2-х лет, для микроканальной пластины – 3 года.

Системы характеризуются малой инерционностью, незначительной величиной транспортного запаздывания, устойчивой работой при температурных колебаниях.

Узлы систем собраны с применением изделий ведущих фирм-производителей и современной элементной базе. Учитывая благоприятный опыт сотрудничества, высокое качество систем и сервисного обслуживания планируется закупить оборудование для конвертера № 3 и КУВС.

Газоаналитическая масс-спектрометрическая система «Гранат» в объёме двух газоаналитических стоек, производства ЗАО «ЦФТИ «АНАЛИТИК» Санкт-Петербург, внедрена на ДП-9, объёмом 5000 м3, в 2004 году. Каждая система работает по двум радиусам печи. Системы работают синхронно, попарно. Отбор газа осуществляется четырьмя зондами из десяти точек отбора газа. Результаты анализа обрабатываются и передаются в АСУТП цена, где аркивируются. Технологи цена могут пользоваться результатами газового анализа. Эти результаты необходимы персоналу для решения задач по выбору оптимальны экономичных режимов работы доменной печи и продлению сроко, а эксплуатации оборудования печи.

Достигается оценкой правильности выбранного технологом решения по загрузке печи, дутьевом режиме и др. При загрузке печи оценка правильности выбранного решения возможна только после получения результатов газового анализа. Так как анализ газа является одним из прямых оценок доменного процесса, протекающих внутри печи, и позволяет при возникновении отклонения от оптимального , своевременно внести корректировку в систему загрузки печи. Корректировка включает внесение изменений в матрицу загрузки шихтовых материалов, изменение направления вращения лотка, задание неравномерного распределения рудной сыпи по угловым положениям лотка. Скорость ссыпания материала задаётся углом открытия шихтового затвора.

Снижение расхода кокса, высокопроизводительна работа доменной печи, получение распределения температуры по сечению и высоте доменной печи, выплавка чугуна с требуемыми характеристиками, обеспечение безопасной работы и сокращения вредных выбросов – таковы результаты получения графиков распределения н количества газовых составляющих по сечению печи во времени.

Газовый анализ позволяет создать экономную работу печи и сохранить оборудование. Последнее позволяет продлить кампанию доменной печи. Сбои в работе газоаналитгческой системе «Гранат» не выявлены, данные о составе газа полученные с помощью системы «Гранат» достоверные, сомнений в целесообразности применения системы «Гранат» не возникало.

На «Днепровском металлургическом комбинате» в конвертерном цехе с февраля 2007 года эксплуатируются две системы газового анализа типа «Гранат» производства ЗАО «ЦФТИ «Аналитик». За время эксплуатации указанные системы показали себя как надежное оборудование, полностью соответствующее техническому заданию, не имеет сложности в эксплуатации. Отклонений от заявленных параметров за время эксплуатации не зафиксировано.

Учитывая опыт эксплуатации наше предприятие планирует приобрести указанные системы для доменного цеха.
